In Nevada there was 603 deaths from suicide in 2020 and on average one Nevadan dies from suicide every 14 hours. Suicide is the second leading cause of death for ages 10-34 in the Sliver State\, second leading cause of death for American ages 18-34\, and ninth leading cause of death for all Nevadans. \n“Creating hope through action” is the triennial theme for the World Suicide Prevention Day.
